Designed to fit your home Nespresso© machine, our Health Pod range is packed with functional plant-based ingredients, providing hot espresso size shots or the base for a supercharged latte.
Despite the home coffee pod market experiencing year on year growth for the last decade, with Nespresso© now being over 30 years old, the innovation has been lacking for years, constricted to origins of coffee and new, colourful designs of pod.
Our Health Pods pushed the boundaries of current innovation. The usual coffee has been replaced by natural, plant based ingredients like Turmeric, Beetroot and Ginger. The range will be initially focused on three key areas of health:
- Immunity
- Energy
- Gut Health
The Range
A blend of Turmeric and Beetroot enriched in prebiotic plant Fibre, Amino Acids and Vitamin C, D and E. Each pod has have 50% RDA of Vitamin C and D and 83% RDA of Vitamin E, contributing towards the normal function of the immune system & towards the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Immunity is caffeine free so can be enjoyed throughout the day.
Ceremonial grade Matcha provides the natural caffeine life alongside the energising B Vitamins. The prebiotic Fibre ensures the slow and sustained release of the uplifting natural caffeine. There's no crash that you get with the nutritionally incomplete energy drink.
Fiery Ginger kick with the citrus tones of the zesty Lemon, our Gut Health pod is packed with prebiotic Fibre and calcium, contributing towards the efficient function of digestive enzymes.
Our natural, plant based, functional Health Pods contain no added sugar, sweeteners, colours or flavours. Each product in the range has been put together with clean ingredients and will provide a natural balance of Protein, Fibre and Carbohydrates to help you through the day. Our ranges are Gluten free, GMO free and completely Vegan.
Designed with Sustainability in mind
Without sufficient recycling capabilities/capacity and coffee grounds complicating the recycling process, the majority of these capsules ended up going to landfill. They will remaining there for the next 500 years.
This represents a real ecological problem for the ever-popular capsules market and the environmental impact of our product was something that we've had at the forefront of our mind when developing our range.
Plant-based Compostable Packaging
Our capsules are made from a unique, plant-based biomass making our Nespresso© pods are fully compostable. This means that you can dispose of our capsules in the general rubbish or food waste and they will be returned to Mother Nature with 18 weeks.
Our Nespresso© compatible Health Pods will be available launching in Autumn 2020. We've just launched our Indiegogo campaign to support this launch where we have a number of great pre-order packages available.
